Confirmed orders
Confirmed orders are not subject to any amendments or cancellations.
Refund
Payments are not subject to refund under any circumstances; however they can be allotted for other available items.
Delivery
The delivery date noted upon order confirmation can be reasonably adjusted.
Delivery Date
The client will be contacted for delivery date set up, given that the site is clean and ready, as shall be determined by Altus technical department.
Payment
Full payment is to be settled prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Goods Keeping
Goods will not be held more than two weeks at Altus warehouse, otherwise extra charges might be applied.
Installation
Throughout the duration of the installation, Altus technical team should be able to freely use and secure the working site in order to avoid any damages that might occur to the goods.
Guarantee
The delivery note must be duly signed by the client or his/her representative upon completion of the delivery and/or installation. All Altus products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Any claim for damages or defects must be made within 2 working days from delivery, after which Altus shall be released from any obligation to this regard.
Exchange

VAT
The VAT (Value Added Tax) is recovered with a maximum period of 3 months from the invoice date, according to the Decree no. 7364, Article 2 and Clause 6 of the VAT law.
