A peculiar process telling a story which is the result of studies and experimentations. Fl@t born from a thin, “flat” and flexible shell which, after being upholstered with fabric or leather, takes its particular shape. Subsequently is assembled into aluminum elements which embrace and hold it.

Fl@t is the result of a study that has changed the canons of the upholstery, reversing the traditional process, starting with the padding and only then giving the element a shape.

Actually, the Fl@t shell was born first as a “flat” element, which shape is cut out and padded and only subsequently bent, adapting it to the metal structure on which it is assembled.

From shoe to chair: the study and attention to the materials used in sectors other than ours has led us to find innovative and particular solutions, always verifying that they grant the quality level that all our products have. In this specific case we use a multilayer of fiberboard, resistant to mechanical stress without deforming, mainly used in the high quality footwear industry.
